Predicate Meetup: Slowly Congealing. Like Jello.
Loretta's Flexible Stay Apartment
Reserved! At the low, low rate of $185/night, which is Way Cheap. Two bedrooms, one queen and one twin, along with a sofa. Open to all comers. The lessors have also offered to take us sailing for the low, low rate of $95/hr (min 2. hrs).
I do not recommend we go sailing with them, but am open to other goings-on. When is everyone getting in? Anyone coming early/leaving late? Any ideas for things to do? BBQs, other eats, etc.?

I am off all day Friday
I am off all day Friday through all day Monday. Willing to give rides to those in Michigan going to Chicago.
Note: I may kidnap people going back to Ann Arbor / Detroit to visit Dark Horse Brewery in Marshall, Michigan. Just saying.

My sis and I would love a ride, but we might not be staying till Monday. Maybe we can get a ride down and take the train back. Will keep ya posted.
A couple ideas
Two things:
1. My (local) friends are kind of weird. And somehow one person's birthday has turned into a reliving-prom-night party thing at the Heart O' Chicago motel (which is on the north side not far from our place.) So Saturday night, if anyone's interested, party at the Heart O' Chicago. I don't know much else about it. Prom attire/bridesmaids gowns/formal wear encouraged.
2. Mythic Creatures: Dragons, Unicorns, and Mermaids" is a special exhibit at the Field Museum that starts this weekend and will be running during the meetup.
I can bring my suit? Or

I'm in
Probably heading up there on Friday, but maybe Thursday night. Job requirements aren't really projectable more than thirty days out, so I'll let you know about this time next month.
And I still want to go to a Cubs game.

I'll have to figure out the exact itinerary, but I'll be there Friday and Saturday for sure.
I love sailing but
it sounds impractical. My sister and I will probably be down Friday and leaving Sunday. I'll have to see about staying till Monday - I'm not sure it'd work for her either - but I'm willing to chip in for Sunday evening's stay since the rates are so cheap!
