Is That Pigskin I Smell?
It seems Yahoo is getting an early start going with the fantasy football leagues, so I took the liberty of creating the "Predicate Pigskin" league this evening, and we are now officially open for business!
I decided on some rule changes for this coming year, but I won't bore you with the details here -- I'll bore you with them on the official league page, which you will have to join the league to see. And since the action won't start for quite awhile (mid-August at the earliest), I'm wide open to suggestions and criticisms, either on the league board or in chat.
Those who played last year already have a Yahoo ID, so you should be able to go right to this page and join the league. The league ID is 4050, and the password (like last year's), is "plasticball."
If you didn't play last year but are interested in joining this year, you'll need to create a Yahoo ID if you haven't already got one. Come find me in #predicate if you're having trouble joining up and getting started. And we're currently set up for 20 possible teams, so there should be room for everyone -- feel free to think about it for awhile before you commit. :)

well, duh.
of course I'll make a trophy. what else would I do with all this glitter, rhinestones, seed pearls, seashells, confetti, peacock feathers, zebra-print satin, scratch'n'sniff stickers, tinfoil, blaze orange camo gaffer's tape and soda can tabs?
though I'm thinking of doing this year's entirely in leftover mardi gras beads and gold-spray-painted macaroni.
